Job Summary
UCFB are looking to appoint an Events Coordinator. The Events Coordinator will ensure that UCFB events continue to deliver consistently high quality experiences from our world-class higher education portfolio set in elite level sporting venues. They will have excellent customer service skills strive for a positive event experience for all attendees and understand the importance of event success.
The Events Coordinator will maintain a professional approach and act as a brand ambassador when representing the institution whether via email enquires or in-person and will understand the nature of an events-based role with some flexibility required to working hours as the event schedule demands.
Key Tasks
- Support working towards leading the planning and delivery of the UCFB Events schedule including (but not limited to) open days taster days premier events education forums conferences and graduations in both physical across Manchester and London sites and virtual delivery.
- Monitor event performance in line with department KPIs providing summary reports to support annual feedback and develop future events.
- Contribute actively to decisions on UCFB events considering research and evaluations and actively seeking this input.
- Support both internal and external communications regarding events. Building on and maintaining good working relationships with all internal and external suppliers.
- Occasional support to the wider marketing and recruitment teams as the business requires.
