| Job Description: | Administrative Responsibilities: - Provide program leadership vision and direction to achieve statewide impact.
- Develop and manage budgets staffing contracts and program reporting.
- Supervise program staff provide mentorship and foster professional development.
Travel and program development: - Coordinate statewide diabetes screening and outreach activities in collaboration with UF faculty state agencies and community organizations.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships across academic clinical governmental and community settings.
- Direct the design implementation and evaluation of technology-enabled diabetes education and management initiatives.
Data management and research development: - Support development and oversight of diabetes tissue biobanking operations.
- Collect analyze and report program outcomes for UF leadership the Florida Legislature and funding agencies.

| Required Qualifications: | Bachelors degree in in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |

| Preferred Qualifications: | - Masters degree in nursing public health health administration biomedical sciences or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated leadership organizational and communication skills.
- PhD Master of Nursing Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or active nursing license (ARNP or equivalent).
- Experience in diabetes prevention management or research.
- Familiarity with continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) health technology applications or artificial intelligence in healthcare.
- Proven success in managing large-scale multi-stakeholder initiatives and budgets.
- Track record of partnership development and cross-sector collaboration.
