Sam Galloway Ford-Lincoln is seeking an Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team!

Our automotive service team is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and creating a positive and enjoyable experience. The Appointment Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and managing service appointments for customers at our dealership. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills as well as a friendly and welcoming demeanor. The Appointment Coordinator also contacts customers concerning recalls vehicle status and satisfaction of service as well as performs various administrative duties.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
Previous administrative experience strongly preferred
Previous dealership experience a plus
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
Must be organized customer service oriented and a great team player
Experience with Reynolds& Reynolds is a plus
Experience with My Karma is a plus

Varied schedule between Monday-Saturday from 7am-6pm (no Sundays)
