• Assist with the safe and efficient moving of boats at the dealership/storage yard

• Spring boat prep: Unwrapping shrink wrap cleaning waxing detailing bottom painting

• Fall boat prep: Shrink wrapping bottom scraping bottom painting & power washing

• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of vessels and the boat yard

• Support technicians and other team members with various tasks

• Operate yard equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however others can be developed along the way.

Required Qualifications:

• Pass a background check and drug screen

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Ability to regularly complete the physical demands of the role including bending kneeling balancing and carrying equipment up to 25 pounds

• Ability to adhere to all safety policies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a marine or similar environment is a plus but not required

• Team player with good communication skills
