• Lead and manage the plumbing department to ensure efficient operations high-quality workmanship and strong customer satisfaction
• Drive revenue growth by bolstering sales performance improving service opportunities and supporting technicians in closing work
• Provide ongoing training coaching and mentorship to develop technicians technical skills communication and professionalism
• Act as a technical resource for troubleshooting diagnostics and complex plumbing situations
• Improve team support systems workflows and scheduling to maximize productivity and response times
• Ensure compliance with safety standards company policies and local plumbing codes

• Strong technical plumbing knowledge with hands-on field experience
• North Carolina State Plumbing License preferred (not required)
