Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by bolstering sales performance improving service opportunities and supporting technicians in closing work
Provide ongoing training coaching and mentorship to develop technicians technical skills communication and professionalism
Act as a technical resource for troubleshooting diagnostics and complex plumbing situations
Improve team support systems workflows and scheduling to maximize productivity and response times
Ensure compliance with safety standards company policies and local plumbing codes
Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability growth and customer-first service
Collaborate with leadership on performance metrics staffing needs and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Strong technical plumbing knowledge with hands-on field experience
North Carolina State Plumbing License preferred (not required)
Proven ability to lead motivate and develop a team
Advanced communication skills both verbal and written with technicians customers and leadership
Sales-minded approach with the ability to coach teams on service recommendations and customer education
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
