Essential Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement therapy plans developed by supervising OT to address student goals
• Use creative and engaging therapy strategies to support student participation and progress
• Maintain accurate session documentation and data collection using a web-based system
• Collaborate with supervising Occupational Therapist teachers families and other school staff to support student success.
• Participate in team meetings and assist with therapy materials and activities as directed
• Demonstrate positive rapport with students families and school teams
• Follow district and state guidelines for therapy services and documentation

• Arizona Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• COTA License (Arizona Board of OT Examiners)
• CPR/First Aid
