The Skinny Pancake is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Hadley MA location. This is a highvisibility leadership role with the support of a seasoned Operations and HR team and the autonomy to shape your own culture systems and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality quality and efficiency
• Recruit train and mentor a highperforming team
• Build and maintain a positive inclusive workplace culture
• Manage financial performance inventory ordering and scheduling
• Ensure smooth service during peak hours
• Strengthen relationships with local partners and the broader Hadley community
• Uphold our mission of local sourcing and sustainable practices

What You Bring

• 3 years of restaurant management experience (GM or AGM level)
• A leadership style rooted in empathy accountability and communication
• Strong operational and organizational skills
• A passion for hospitality and memorable guest experiences
• Ability to coach motivate and develop a diverse team
• Comfort working in a fastpaced highvolume environment
• A desire to be part of a missiondriven communityminded company
