Job Overview
The Project CoordinatorDevelopmentis responsible forproviding administrative and operational support to the Development team across all phases of the industrial real estate development lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in ensuringthe accuracy consistency and timeliness of development-related documentation reporting and data management. The Project Coordinator will manage contract workflows track project milestones support financial documentation andmaintaindevelopment records in Yardi and other internal systems.
This position offers exposure to all aspects of industrial development including acquisition entitlement construction and lease-up. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Job Responsibilities
Manage andmaintainproject documentation in Yardi and ensureaccuraterecords are kept for all active developments.
Coordinate the collection of cash flow projections from general contractors developers and internal development managers.
Process and track development-related invoices ensuringtimelypayments andaccurateexpense coding.
Collect and verify vendor documentation including W-9s and ACH forms for new vendor setup.
Prepare manage and execute contracts and project documentation in coordination with Legal and Development teams.
Track contract workflows including negotiations approvals and execution;maintainaudit files throughout the contract lifecycle.
Match invoices to contracts and ensureappropriate backupdocumentation is secured and coded correctly.
Interface with contractors and third-party managers to support documentation and reporting needs.
Set up andmaintaintenant job records in Yardi in collaboration with Development Managers and the Leasing team.
Coordinate the close-out process for completed developments ensuring all documentation isreceivedand financial records arefinalized.
Maintain non-financial project data in the development database and ensure accuracy for internal reporting.
Support all phases of the development process from acquisition through lease-up.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Finance Accounting Real Estate Business Administration ora relatedfieldrequired.
12 years of experience in real estate development construction ora relatedindustry preferred.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint; familiaritywith Yardi or similar project management software is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Anticipates and responds to internal and external customer needs with professionalism.
