Job Responsibilities:
- Manage emails phone calls and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders track shipments and update customers on delivery status
- Maintain and update databases inventory records and client information
- Assist with preparing quotes invoices and purchase orders
- Coordinate with suppliers production teams and logistics partners
- Schedule meetings appointments and follow-ups for management
- Conduct basic research on materials suppliers or market trends in the plastics industry
- Organize digital files documents and reports
- Support marketing efforts (social media updates email campaigns etc.) if needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) or Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Basic understanding of supply chain or manufacturing processes (preferred)
