Job Responsibilities:
Manage emails phone calls and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Process orders track shipments and update customers on delivery status
Maintain and update databases inventory records and client information
Assist with preparing quotes invoices and purchase orders
Coordinate with suppliers production teams and logistics partners
Schedule meetings appointments and follow-ups for management
Conduct basic research on materials suppliers or market trends in the plastics industry
Organize digital files documents and reports
Support marketing efforts (social media updates email campaigns etc.) if needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) or Google Workspace
Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
Ability to multitask and work independently
Basic understanding of supply chain or manufacturing processes (preferred)
