Job Summary
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by managing client relationships resolving queries efficiently supporting internal teams and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Grade 12 / Matric
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration Customer Service Sales Healthcare Administration or related field advantageous
Minimum 35 years experience in customer service customer success account management or client support
Experience within healthcare medical devices pharmaceutical or related industries will be advantageous
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint)
Experience working with CRM systems and ERP platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Professional proactive and customer-centric approach
