Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Manager to drive delivery of Data & AI initiatives across client engagements.

This role focuses on end-to-end execution of projects ensuring timelines quality and stakeholder expectations are met. The individual will work closely with architects AI leads and engineering teams to deliver data platforms and AI solutions in structured and predictable ways.

The role requires the ability to operate in fragmented delivery environments often involving staff augmentation models and multiple stakeholders and bring clarity ownership and execution discipline.

Experience

• 812 years of overall experience in technology delivery
• 36 years of experience managing Data / Analytics / AI projects
• Proven experience handling multi-team or multi-vendor delivery environments

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

• Own end-to-end delivery of Data & AI projects (data pipelines platform implementations AI use cases)
• Define project plans milestones timelines and deliverables
• Track progress manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery

Execution Governance

• Establish and manage project governance (status tracking reporting risk management)
• Identify and proactively manage risks issues and blockers
• Ensure alignment between scope timelines and resources

Managing Fragmented Teams

• Manage delivery across staff augmentation-heavy teams and multiple vendors
• Bring structure to loosely aligned teams by defining clear ownership and ways of working
• Drive accountability without always having direct reporting control

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for project-level communication
• Provide clear structured updates to stakeholders
• Manage expectations and handle scope changes effectively

Collaboration with Technical Teams

• Work closely with Solutions Architects AI Leads and engineers to align execution with solution design
• Ensure dependencies across data AI and platform teams are managed effectively

Practice Alignment

• Contribute to improving delivery playbooks templates and governance frameworks
• Identify opportunities for reuse (accelerators templates) from ongoing projects

Core Skills (Must Have)

Project Management

• Strong experience in managing end-to-end project delivery
• Ability to create structured plans and drive execution
• Strong in risk management issue tracking and reporting

Data & AI Awareness

• Basic to good understanding of data platforms analytics workflows and AI/ML concepts
• Ability to engage with technical teams and understand dependencies
• Familiarity with platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake is preferred

Execution in Complex Environments

• Experience managing projects with distributed teams vendors and staff augmentation models
• Ability to bring structure and clarity in ambiguous or loosely governed setups

Stakeholder Communication

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage stakeholders across business and technology

Delivery Mindset

• Focus on outcomes timelines and quality
• Ability to push teams and drive accountability

Nice to Have

• Experience working on AI or GenAI-driven projects
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum and hybrid delivery models
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure AWS)
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments

What We Are Not Looking For

• Pure coordinators without ownership of delivery
• Candidates without exposure to data or AI projects

Profiles limited to status reporting without driving execution
