Invinityis now looking to expand its product development capabilities as we move from developing single solutions to managing aportfolioof complementary us as we help transform renewable energy into a stable and dependable contributor to the transition to net zero.
Director of Product Development
Inthis rolereporting to theVP Product Developmentyou willleada sophisticatedexperiencedand rapidlygrowingcross-functional team through the successful introduction of new products from concept to launch. This role is critical in ensuring that new productsfocus on then deliver oncostqualityperformanceand schedulerequirementsaligned with market needs andstrategic business goals.
Role & Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:Own and drive the end-to-endproduct developmentprocess includingsetting requirements and expectationsplanningexecutionand delivery.
Cross-Functional Coordination:Collaborate withTechnologySupply ChainManufacturingQuality and Marketingteamsto ensure alignment andtimelyexecution.
Timeline & Milestone Management:Developand actively trackdetailed project plansrelease schedulesandrisk mitigation plansto ensure on-time delivery.
Budget & Resource Management:Monitor project budgets resource allocation and escalate issues as needed;efficientlyallocatetasks across internalexternaland AI-enabled resources.
Process Improvement:Identifyand implementorganizational and process enhancementsto improveexecutionefficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Communication:Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders including status reports risk assessments and mitigation plans.
Documentation & Compliance:Ensure all productdefinition manufacturing and qualitydocumentation regulatory requirements andrelevantstandards are met.
Qualifications and Skills:
10 years of experience inmanaging complex multi-stakeholder product developmentprograms in an industry withrapidly-evolvingmarkets and a high degreeof technological innovation.
Strong understanding ofconfiguration managementproduct lifecycle management (PLM)distributed supply chains design for manufacturing (DFM)processes and supply chain operations.
Bachelors degree in engineeringbusiness orarelated field.
Exceptionalcommunication leadership and problem-solving skills.
PMP or equivalent certification or an advanced degreeis a plus.
Proficiencyin project management tools (e.g. MS Project Smartsheet Jira Confluence).

The salary for this position ranges from $180000 to $22000 per year and will be determined by a combination of the interview process prior work experience and educational background.
