Job Summary
Are you passionate about water safety and love working with children and families Join the Ocean Community YMCA as a Swim Instructor and help build confidence and lifesaving skills in our community! Openings now available at the Naik Family Branch located in beautiful Mystic CT.
What Youll Do:
- Teach swim lessons to children and adults of all skill levels
- Promote water safety and YMCA core values
- Create a welcoming inclusive and supportive environment for all participants
What Were Looking For:
- Strong swimming skills and a desire to teach
- Prior instruction or lifeguarding experience preferred
- YMCA Swim Instructor Red Cross WSI or equivalent certifications a plus (training available)
