Maplewood Family Dental is seeking a fulltime Associate Dentist to join our friendly wellestablished private practice. This is a great opportunity for a clinician who enjoys autonomy a supportive team and a steady schedule without weekends.

About the Practice
- 4 operatories
- Technology-forward office with Primescan Overjet AI
- Strong support team: 1 RDH 2 Dental Assistants
- Average doctor production: $3000$7000/day
- 95% collection rate
- Breadandbutter general dentistry with opportunity for advanced procedures
Clinical Scope
Ideal candidates are comfortable with:
- Restorative / Bread & Butter Dentistry
- Surgical Extractions
- Endo (molar preferred)
- Clear Aligner Therapy (experience preferred but not required)
Compensation
- Daily guarantee: starting at $850 up to 12 months
- Collections: 32% of net collections thereafter
- 100% practice paid lab fees

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive examinations and educate patients regarding their recommended treatment options
- Maintain an environment where patients are comfortable and understand their health is our top priority
- Support the growth and development of our teams and practices
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
- Active or eligible Michigan dental license
- Excellent diagnostic and communication skills
- Committed to high-quality patient-centered care
