Job Description:
The Senior Product Manager role will focus on setting the strategy and leads end to end execution to deepen employee financial wellness and deliver measurable growth across deposit engagement and adoption outcomes in the Financial Center and Expansion Markets channels. The leader orchestrates cross functional teams aligns market and specialist resources and drives disciplined delivery against a divisional roadmapowning results risk and continuous improvement at enterprise scale. This role delivers on the EFS strategic framework of financial education expert advice & guidance and access to differentiated tools resources and offers for employees through close partnership with Market Leaders Market HR Consumer/Financial Center leadership Specialists and the Consumer Academy.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop Market Plans; provide performance analysis and reporting
Implement virtual community engagement strategy and refine Financial
Center outreach approach
Execution of key EFS strategic initiatives and market level updates
Maintain strong Market Site and Lines of Business partnerships for
Retail Preferred and Merrill
Provide field support: On-board/certify EFS Specialists manage events
seminars evaluate tools and resources for virtual/in-person delivery options
Manage Specialists coverage communications and recognition
Perform related monitoring business controls and audit duties
Communicate BAC Employee value proposition to deepen relationships
promote financial wellness and help drive Life Plan adoption
Serve as BAC Brand Ambassador and Employee Client Advocate
Required Skills:
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and ability to formulate solutions
- Strong ability to create strategic plans via market research and insights

- Communicates strategic business plans and tactical goals to team/partners

- Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (for example Microsoft Office)
Desired skills:
Knowledge of Consumer Banking products programs and services
Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy relationship management client care or business support roles
Knowledge of the Financial Center Channel and/or Operational
Excellence
Degree or designation (i.e. BA MBA MS CFA
