About the Role

This is not a traditional siloed service desk role. We are actively seeking a candidate who is well-versed in troubleshooting and resolving issues within Microsoft Intune-managed environments while also operating effectively across desktop support endpoint management security compliance and network-related challenges. You will be expected to move fluidly across technical domains. This means owning problems end-to-end rather than handing them offwhile balancing user experience security requirements and operational efficiency. This role is in support of a secure and enterprise scale environment with federally regulated compliance requirements.

About the Candidate

We are specifically looking for someone who can:

• Troubleshoot and resolve Intune-related issues including device configuration policy application compliance failures and software deployment
• Provide hands-on desktop support in an enterprise environment including OS hardware and user-facing issues
• Diagnose and address network connectivity issues (e.g. access restrictions firewall rules DNS VPN IP/Port/URL filtering)
• Navigate and resolve security and compliance-related challenges including endpoint hardening policy enforcement and audit readiness
• Operate effectively across multiple functionsincluding endpoint management support security and asset managementwithout reliance on rigid team boundaries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in information systems or relevant field and 3 years practical experience in the field. Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Ability to obtain public trust clearance
• Ability to self-manage work tasks using M365 based tools
• Demonstrated and proven ability to independently resolve issues improve day-to-day operations with self-driven initiatives and operate with a growth mindset
• Hands-on experience administering or operating network access controls in the form of IP:Port or URL based filters
• Practical experience managing enterprise desktops within a Microsoft Intune managed environment
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and administering Windows operating systems in an enterprise environment ideally including peripheral device management asset management and VOIP operations
• Understanding and practical exposure with regulatory controls baselines and security policies within an Azure Entra and Intune based environment with enterprise desktops and endpoints (CIS benchmarks STIG etc)
• Located near Indianapolis IN and willingness to be on-site in support of the mission
