Reports To: Box Office Manager
Location: On-site in New Bedford Massachusetts USA
Salary Range: $21.63 - $24.04/hour

Position Summary
TheBoxOfficeAssociatewillbe responsible forsupportingthe smooth operation of the box office and serves as a key contributor to delivering excellent consistent and accessible patron experiences. Workingwiththe direction of the Box Office Managerand with thesupport of the Box Office Coordinator this role handles daily ticketing operationsand customer service. TheBox Office Associatefollows establishedpoliciesincludingappropriate cashhandling protocol andmay step in to complete small event-related tasksas role plays a key part in advancing our mission and contributes to a supportive inclusive and imaginative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operating the box office including opening/closing duties ticket sales (in-person and by phone) order fulfillment and show-night service delivery
Answering patron inquiries troubleshooting issues and providing accessible and welcoming customer service
Supportingaccuratecash handling reporting and daily reconciliation during assigned shifts
Proficient use of the Zs ticketing and software systems and pursuing ongoing professional development in this area in response to organizational needs.

Required

Preferred
Prior customer service and cash handling experience
