Experienced Caregiver Alzheimers/Dementia Support
Position: Experienced Home Caregiver
Location: Conyers GA 30013
Schedule: Flexible schedule to be determined
Pay: $14 $16 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate experienced caregiver to support an elderly client in their home. Care will focus on assistance with daily routines mobility personal hygiene and household tasks. This role is ideal for someone skilled in Alzheimers/dementia care and capable of providing respectful patient and client-centered support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with bathing dressing and toileting
- Support mobility and transfers safely
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Monitor and report changes in condition or needs
- Maintain a safe supportive and compassionate environment
Requirements:
- Experience caring for clients with Alzheimers or dementia
- Skilled in mobility assistance and safe transferring
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Current TB test or chest X-ray required
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Compassion patience and professionalism
- Ability to pass a background check
- Dependable transportation
