What Youll Do
As a Home Buying Consultant youll meet with homeowners face-to-face and serve as their trusted guide. Youll help them understand what we do how the process works and whether selling to us is the right move for them. If it is youll work with our team to evaluate the home and present a fair transparent offer.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-home consultations to understand both the property and the sellers personal situation
- Listening first advising second-building trust and helping people feel supported
- Collaborating with our internal team to estimate repair costs and determine offer numbers
- Presenting offers clearly and confidently making sure the seller understands every part of it
- Following up with sellers in a caring non-pushy way-even if they dont say yes immediately
- Entering notes and updates into our CRM (Salesforce) to track conversations and activity
- Occasionally making calls and networking to generate new leads in the community
- Upholding our brand promises in every interaction from first contact to post-sale check-in
What a Typical Day Might Look Like
You meet a seller who just inherited a house from a loved one and doesnt know what to do. Theyre overwhelmed by the repairs and the process. You sit down listen walk the property with them and help them weigh their options-even if that option is not selling to you. You leave them with peace of mind clarity and trust-because you didnt pressure them; you helped them.

You dont need a background in sales or real estate to be a fit for this role. What matters most is how you treat people.

What Youll Need
- A high school diploma or GED (college degree a plus)
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (youll travel to appointments)
- Basic tech comfort-email Microsoft CRM systems (well train you in Salesforce)
