Full-Time Base: $50K OTE: $100 Uncapped Commission

RPG Squarefoot Solutions is hiring a high-performing Business Development Representativeto drive revenue growth in the Baltimore/MDmarket. Were looking for a self-starter with B2B sales experience and a proven track record of winning new businessespecially in construction tech equipment or industrial solutions.

What Youll Do:
Identify and prospect new leads through cold calls email campaigns networking and social media
Deliver tailored presentations that clearly communicate ROI and client-specific value
Track and manage deals through every stage using our CRM system
Build strong ongoing relationships with architects engineers contractors and facility owners
Consistently hit and exceed your sales targetsno cap on your commission potential
Provide post-sale training and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Stay current on industry trends tech updates and competitive offerings
Represent RPG at customer sites industry events and demos throughout the territory
What Were Looking For:
5 years of proven success in B2B outside sales(preferably selling capital equipment and solutions)
Strong background in construction equipment or technology sales a plus
A true hunter mentalityyoure proactive persistent and results-focused
Polished communication and negotiation skills
Experience managing a pipeline through CRM tools
Self-driven with a high sense of ownership and accountability
Willingness to travel within territory for in-person meetings and demos
Tech-savvy and comfortable with presenting digital tools and solutions
