What We Offer:

• Competitive Compensation: Earn between $32.00 - $42.00 per massage service hour depending on the type of service (THIS IS BEFORE TIPS). This includes both hourly wages and commission. Your pay reflects your skill level and experience with additional opportunities for commissions on specialized services such as CBD Cupping Hot Salt Stones Prenatal and Lymph Drainage.

• Flexible Shifts: We offer shifts from 4 to 6.5 hours. Must be able to work at least 5 shifts a week with a Saturday or Sunday Shift required. We offer an added commission bonus for working both weekend shifts. Enjoy paid turnover time between clients along with guaranteed annual raises.

• Comprehensive Benefits: From paid sick time for all team members to partially covered health insurance for full-time therapists (30 hours per week) along with Dental and Vision plans and a 401 K plan for those who qualify weve got you covered.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid massage therapy license and insurance in the state of Colorado.
• Must be reliable professional and possess excellent communication skills.
• Ability to provide varying pressure levels during massages including Deep Tissue techniques.
• While experience is preferred we welcome passionate newcomers who are eager to grow and contribute!
