Team Overview
Our Customer Success (CS) team is on the frontline of engagement with our valued customers. The team is responsible for customer satisfaction retention and innovation to ensure a more personalized approach to our users needs.
Responsibilities
The Project Management team ensures successful project delivery including overseeing project objectives timelines and budgetary requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
Your day-to-day job will consist of:
- Develop and maintain project documentation such as project plans risk register issues lists configuration guides etc.
- Coordinate resources to effectively ensure successful execution of the project plan and deliver a quality project
- Support the performance of defining project scope and requirements (i.e. business analysis)
- Act as liaisons between users product management sales and developers to define software solution requirements and document specifications
- Maintain internal company project tracking system for each assigned project
- Assures the quality of software solution being shipped to client through reviews with project team and other methodical software quality assurance processes
- Assist the users in acceptance testing developing procedures and updating documentation
- Act as expert resource for Customer Service Tech Support and other departments in all functional and content areas associated with a project
- Coordinates the development and revision of Software documentation Tools Templates Techniques Training as an output from each project
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 4 years of relevant and related work experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Experience managing small to midsized teams or functional areas
- Experienced in coordinating cross-functional groups to accomplish goals
- Ability to manage deliverables during all phases of the product development life cycle
- Strong understanding of business concepts and technical systems processes
- Excellent business communication skills to deliver content professionally concisely and effectively to internal and external customers
- Ability to generate technical but user-friendly procedural documents
Preferred Qualifications
- K-12 education space experience
- Experience in project management using recognized PMI methodologies
- Understands data warehouse architecture and data warehousing best practices

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $83000 - $110300 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicants skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures degrees and certifications; specific geographic location; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
