Senior Enterprise Applications Administrator (Salesforce & NetSuite)

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of SalesforceNetSuiteand back-officeapplications who can understand both our current setup and our businessobjectives to quicklyidentifyareas of improvement. The Senior Salesforce& NetSuiteAdministrator should be comfortable with change management and governance as well as communicating prioritizing and managing all aspects of a role collaborates withFinance Accounting Services and Growth.

Responsibilities of this role include:

Implementation & Integration

• Build newandmaintainintegrated applicationswithSalesforceand NetSuite embedded applications as well assome relatedtoolsnot integrated withSalesforceor NetSuite(e.g.standaloneback-office applications).

• Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to):Flowassignment rules approval processes fields page layouts record types dynamic layouts apps actions custom settings mobile administration dashboards and reports.

• NetSuite configuration changes including (but not limited to):roles page layoutsapprovals workflowsSuiteScriptSuiteFlowSuiteAnalyticsConnectsaved searches dashboards and reports.

• Respond to issues change requests including the management of system upgrades releases and change control processes.

• Gather business requirements and write system documentation and knowledge articles.

• Train users on system functionality and new features.

Workflow Automation & Process Optimization

• Serve as primary NetSuite system owner and subject matter expert

• Contribute subject matterexpertiseas a key part of the Salesforce administrator team

• Deep understanding of finance processes and controls in a SaaS/software business model.

• Proficiencywith ERP and CRM systems (e.g. NetSuite Oracle SAP Salesforce) procurement tools and process improvement methodologies.

• Identifyand implement improvements to streamline processes such asIT supportduringmonth-end and year-end close processes

• Maintainandoptimizesystem configurations across financials AR/AP revenue recognition ordermanagementand procurement

• Optimizeapplications in consideration of latest technologies and address technical debt tomaintainefficient and up to date system architecture

• Assistin the implementation of security practices by monitoring login anduser activity auditing fieldsprofile& role access securitypermissionsand de-activating unneeded user accounts.

• Complete regular internal audits ofsystem.

Whatwerelooking for:

• 5 years experience with & NetSuiterequired

• 3 years experience withat leasttwo of the following: Experience Cloud Service Cloud Sales Cloud

• SalesforceAdministrator& NetSuiteSuiteFoundationCertificationrequired

• SalesforceAdvanced AdministratorSalesforcePlatformApp BuilderNetSuiteCertified AdministratorNetSuiteCertifiedERP Consultant preferred

• Experience working withmultipledepartments (Finance Operations Services Sales IT)

• Background infinance accounting or revenue operations ideally in SaaS software environments

• Knowledge of SalesforceFlow and NetSuite Workflow

• Proven ability to examine processesidentifyand implement efficiencies

• Comfortable withsetting up new integrationsmanagingandconsolidatingexisting ones

• Preferred experience in:Avalara Coupa ConcurFloQast Marketo

• Experience in the following a plus:SalesLoft ZoomInfoSmartsheet PendoGong

• Excellent collaboration interpersonal and communication skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience using Agile and Scrum methodologiespreferred

Estimated Salary Range: $

Actual salary will be determined based on factors including but not limited to skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
