Expected Job Duties:

• Providewelding engineering support todesignfabrication and supportteams

• Specify develop implement and sustainweldingand welding-relatedprocesses

• Improve quality yield efficiency and capacity ofweldingprocessesin accordance withstrategic objectives

• Apply problem solvingskillstoidentifyroot cause

• Evaluatenew equipmentandprocesses

• Interpret results and provide recommendations to management

• You have experiencedeveloping and supportingweldingprocessesin a manufacturing environment

• You haveextensiveexperience workingin accordance withstandards/specifications especially military or aerospace specifications

• You have a working knowledge of NDT processes

• You havehands-onexperience with welding and fabrication processes

Physical Requirements

• Lift push pull and maneuver up to 40 poundsfrequently

• Sit and/or stand at least 8 hours

• Vision correctable to 20/30 or better
