The Home:

A new childrens home supporting up to three children with learning disabilities SEMH and complex needs. The service will focus on providing a safe nurturing and trauma-informed environment where children can develop build relationships and progress positively.

Number of beds: Up to 3 children

Who we are looking for:

Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Childrens Home Manager to lead a new residential home supporting children with learning disabilities and complex needs.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the home including staffing compliance safeguarding and care planning. You will be responsible for ensuring the service meets Ofsted requirements while delivering high-quality child-centred care.

The role requires a strong leader who can mentor and develop staff ensure continuity of care and create a stable supportive environment for children and young people.

You will also maintain quality monitoring systems ensure accurate documentation and reporting and foster strong relationships with children families and multi-agency professionals.
