Were looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our Belt Manufacturing team on 1st shift (7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m.). This role plays a key part in delivering high quality products on time while fostering a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement in an ISO 9001 certified environment.

What Youll Do

As a Production Supervisor youll be responsible for day to day production leadership and long term operational improvement including:

Lead motivate and coach production employees to meet safety quality delivery and efficiency goals
Ensure smooth production flow and continuity between shifts
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues implementing corrective actions to reduce downtime and prevent reoccurrence
Drive Lean A3 and continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction safety and efficiency
Manage staffing training schedules overtime and resource allocation to meet customer demand
Enforce company and departmental policies including safety PPE attendance and conduct
Support onboarding performance evaluations and employee development
Partner with Engineering Quality Customer Service and Sales to improve products and processes
Maintain ISO 9001 compliance through daily practices audits and documentation

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent
5 years of manufacturing experience (with 3 years in a supervisory role preferred)
Previous hands-on leadership experience in a production floor environment
Strong background in Lean manufacturing continuous improvement or process optimization
Ability to coach hold accountability and lead teams in a fastpaced environment
Comfort using ERP systems Microsoft Office and standard manufacturing measurement tools
Ability to learn an extensive and diverse product catalogue
Must be able to work a set schedule (7:00a 3:30p) with overtime as necessary

Preferred

Equipment troubleshooting and rootcause problem solving
ISO 9001 or regulated manufacturing environments
ERP systems such as JD Edwards SAP Fulcrum or similar

Physical Environment
On your feet for most of the shift (about 90%)
Ability to lift up to 49 lbs
Manufacturing environment with temperature and noise variations

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $65000- $75000 based on experience
