Job Summary
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree Three or more years of experience working in higher education leadership Demonstrated ability to manage budgets allocate resources and oversee operational processes. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that support student engagement belonging and campus or community climate.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in higher education administration student affairs public administration social work international education or a related field. Experience serving as a Designated School Official ( DSO ) or Principal Designated School Official ( PDSO ). Familiarity with federal regulations related to international education (e.g. SEVIS F-1 compliance). Experience developing and delivering workshops trainings or educational programs for diverse audiences. Comfort working with ambiguity and building systems processes or offices with evolving needs.
