HII-Mission Technologies is seeking an experienced Performance and Succession Lead to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and leadership readiness. This position will be hybrid out of our Fairfax VA or McLean VA location. This role serves as the subject-matter expert and operational leader for performance management and succession planning while also applying a broad range of OD skillsincluding organization design organizational effectiveness and change enablementto drive strategic impact across the business.
As a key member of our Talent Development team you will consult with HR partners and business leaders to diagnose organizational needs design solutions and deliver high-impact programs. You will manage the full lifecycle of critical talent processes and contribute to broader OD initiatives that enhance structure culture and performance. The ideal candidate combines strategic insight with hands-on execution and thrives in complex matrixed environments as a trusted advisor and operational leader.
