• Experience: Proven track record as a Journeyman Carpenter (Restoration experience is a huge plus!).
  
  
• Versatility: Youre a jack of all trades who can pivot from framing a closet to installing intricate crown molding.
  
  
• Tools & Tech: You have your own basic hand/power tools and are comfortable using a tablet/smartphone for job documentation.
  
  
• Reliability: A valid drivers license and a clean driving record are required.
  
  
• Mindset: A problem-solver who values cleanliness punctuality and a job well done.
