An AmLaw 100 law firm is looking to add an associate to its Construction Litigation team in Seattle or Portland.

What Youll Be Doing
Youll be working on construction-related disputes and contract matters involving large-scale projects. The role includes representing clients such as public owners developers architects engineers and design firms with a mix of litigation and contract development work.
Youll be involved in drafting and negotiating agreements supporting active disputes and contributing to overall case and project strategywhile working alongside a team thats collaborative and hands-on.
What Theyre Looking For
- 35 years of construction law experience
- Experience with construction litigation and/or contract development
- Exposure to representing owners developers or design professionals
- Strong writing analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage complex matters
- Degree or background in engineering architecture or construction management is a strong plus
- Admitted in Washington or Oregon (or eligible to waive in)
