ABOUT THE ROLE
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
Were hiring an Advocacy Associate who will support the growth of Project Healthy Minds programs campaigns and initiatives including workforce mental health sports x mental health and other cross-functional organizational initiatives.
This person should have four superpowers:
- Partner Relationship Management The skill to nurture relationships with corporate partners brand leads member companies and internal stakeholders serving as a trusted point of contact who understands their unique needs while gathering valuable feedback.
- Executive-Level Communication The talent for creating clear communications for leadership (both internal and external) and developing materials that positively position our advocacy programs to external audiences.
- Operations & Systems Thinking The capability to develop and maintain systems that keep multiple concurrent programs running smoothly from CRM management to pipeline tracking to event coordination.
- Entrepreneurial Problem Solving The flexibility to troubleshoot unexpected challenges with an innovative mindset identifying opportunities within obstacles and developing creative solutions that maintain momentum.
This role will report to the Director of Advocacy.
HOW YOULL CONTRIBUTE:
Corporate Coalition & Member Engagement
- Manage day-to-day relationships with Corporate Coalition member companies serving as a primary point of contact addressing questions gathering feedback and ensuring initiatives meet their evolving needs.
- Support the development and execution of Corporate Coalition strategy working closely with leadership to implement goals milestones and member engagement plans.
- Coordinate research activities on recruitment efforts for both member companies and academic partners.
- Develop compelling materials for prospective members including presentations one-pagers and other assets that clearly articulate the coalitions value proposition.
- Assist in the planning and execution of coalition recruitment events and convenings.
Partnership & Pipeline Support
- Support the brand partnerships pipeline by tracking outreach managing follow-ups and maintaining accurate records in pipeline tools.
- Draft and distribute partnership communications proposals and follow-up materials.
- Coordinate meeting logistics and prep materials for brand partnership meetings.
- Conduct research on prospective brand and corporate partners to inform outreach strategy.
Cross-Functional Operations
- Establish and maintain operational systems including meeting schedules documentation of best practices and partner onboarding processes.
- Support Advisory Council engagement on a project-by-project basis coordinating outreach and tracking advisor involvement.
- Assist with event production and logistics for advocacy-related programs including World Mental Health Day and salon dinners.
- Create and distribute coalition and program communications internal updates and external-facing content.
- Identify and troubleshoot emerging challenges across programs with an entrepreneurial mindset.

You dont wait to be told whats next; you identify the gap propose a solution and drive it forward. You take pride in follow-through and hold yourself to a higher standard than anyone else would hold you to. When leadership is pulled in ten directions youre the person keeping things moving.
- A polished communicator You can draft compelling invite copy for a C-suite dinner prep a one-pager for a Fortune 500 prospect and send a warm follow-up email to a brand CMO all in the same afternoon. Your writing is clear concise and adapts naturally to different audiences and formats.

The annual salary for this role is $65000 to $75000 depending on experience skills and other relevant considerations.
