AmLaw 100 Firm Insurance Coverage Associate (2 Years)
An AmLaw 100 international law firm is seeking an Insurance Coverage Associate to join its Miami office.
This is a strong opportunity for a litigation associate looking to build specialized experience in complex high-value insurance coverage matters working with both U.S. and international insurers.
What Youll Be Doing
- Analyzing insurance policies and drafting coverage opinions
- Advising clients on coverage strategy and recommendations
- Handling discovery including interrogatories and document requests
- Conducting legal research (Westlaw/Lexis)
- Supporting depositions hearings and mediations
- Working on high-exposure and bad faith litigation matters
What Theyre Looking For
- 2 years of litigation experience
- Florida bar admission required
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Experience with insurance coverage or commercial litigation is a plus
- Strong academic credentials (Law Review/Honors preferred)
