Compensation: $120K$200K salary 0.1%0.6% equity

Pump is on a mission to radically simplify AWS cost optimization for teams building in the cloud. We use group buying and AI to help startups save like big tech often reducing AWS bills by 60% completely for free.

AsaFrontendEngineer youll play a foundational role in shaping both our product and our company. Youll work closely with the founding team contribute across the stack (especially frontend) and help define our technical direction and culture from the ground up.

Qualifications

• BSorMSinComputerScienceEngineeringorarelatedfield
• 3 years of experience as a full stack engineer with a focus on building scalable and reliable web applications
• PreferablyhasexperienceataSeriesBtopre-IPOcompany
• StrongproficiencyinPythonandfamiliaritywithatleastonePythonbackendframework()
• ExperiencewithAWSknowledgeofcloudinfrastructureandcost/billingconceptsisaplus
• ExperiencewithSQLorNoSQLdatabases
• ExperiencewithDocker;containerorchestrationsystemslikeKubernetesareaplus
• Strongcommunicationskillsandabilitytocollaborateeffectivelywithcross-functionalteams
• Enjoysprototypingandexperimentingquicklytovalidateideasanditeratefast
