Join a small high-velocity team building AI-powered synthetic populations to transform how governments and enterprises make decisions. You will own features end-to-end moving between product-focused flows and robust system architecture. This is a rare opportunity to shape a malleable platform alongside founders who led data strategy for the UK Prime Minister.

What you will do:

• Build and ship end-to-end features using React and Python/FastAPI that real users rely on for high-stakes decision-making.

• Architect and orchestrate AI components to ensure synthetic population outputs are reliable explainable and trustworthy for enterprise applications.

• Collaborate in a high-bandwidth environment iterating rapidly on APIs and system boundaries while maintaining a balance between speed and long-term technical health.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience building and shipping production-grade applications with a strong bias for execution and the ability to turn vague problems into working code.

• Proficiency across the stackideally with React Python or SQLand a deep interest in the engineering challenges of integrating AI into real-world workflows.

• A mindset that thrives in ambiguity values technical momentum over perfect specifications and enjoys working 4 days a week from a London-based office.
