Job Summary

Im working with an RBCA thats opening a brand-new office in the Kent area and is looking for someone to head up and manage the local team and office.
They already have plenty of work in the region and existing RBIs on the ground so opening a dedicated office is the natural next step.
No previous management experience No problem. Youll get full support and training directly from the MD so if youre an experienced RBI keen to move into a leadership role Id love to have a chat with you.
The RBCA also has some excellent contracts in place with projects across 2F and 3G.
On offer:
Salary up to 85000 (depending on experience)
23 days holiday plus a long Christmas shutdown
Bespoke car allowance up to 6k
Private medical cover
Sporting tickets
Regular socials
Bonus based on output of work (not fees)
Early finish Fridays
