Responsibilities:
- Lead motivate and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual goals
- Desk deals and structure transactions for maximum profitability
- Monitor sales performance KPIs and CRM activity
- Train and develop sales consultants to improve closing ratios and customer experience
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations
- Work closely with finance and upper management to streamline operations
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales management experience required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership coaching and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM and dealership management systems (Reynolds & Reynolds a plus)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
