At Parks Hospitality Group we are seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant Outlets Manager to help manage restaurant bar and room service operations. You will ensure service quality guest satisfaction and operational efficiency across all outlets.

What Youll Do:

• Oversee daily operations in multiple food and beverage outlets ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise front-of-house staff including training scheduling and providing performance feedback.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain consistent food quality and manage food delivery processes.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene safety and cleanliness in all outlets.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control reducing waste and cost.
• Ensure that all service areas meet company standards for presentation cleanliness and customer care.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the development and execution of new menus promotions and special events to boost revenue.

What Youll Need:

• 3 years of F&B operations experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of F&B inventory management and cost control.
