Job Summary
Ideal Care LLC has an immediate opening and is looking for Experienced Support Staff for weekday shifts in the Rancho Bernardo area of San Diego CA with a male client. This position entails supporting a client with developmental disabilities.
The ideal candidate has enthusiasm energy consistency patience and knowledge of developmental disabilities. Must have at least 1 year of experience working with Adults with developmental disabilities.
Staff is needed for an Adult Male with Developmental Disabilities. Some job duties include helping with household management skills light cleaning community outings cooking some meals and assisting clients with their personal goals. As well as transporting the client to doctor appointments activities and/or grocery shopping.

Job Type: Hourly Weekday support staff
Pay: $25.00 HR day shift
We have an immediate opening for weekday and weekend shifts in the Rancho Bernardo area of San Diego County.
Shifts needed:
Day shifts available:
- Monday - 1:30pm-5:30pm - schedule start and end can be slightly adjusted if needed
- Thursdays and Fridays - 10:00 am-3:00 pm OR 9:00am-2:00pm.
This is an hourly position with a compassionate supported living service agency that provides supported living services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
