Job Summary
The IT Team Lead oversees day to day technology operations ensuring reliable performance of systems networks and support services. This role works alongside IT support staff coordinates technical projects enforces IT policies and works closely with the IT Director to maintain a secure efficient and user friendly technology environment. This is an in-office position.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee daily IT operations ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Monitor system performance and coordinate maintenance upgrades and backups.
Maintain inventory of hardware software and IT assets.
Supervise IT technicians and support staff including scheduling training and performance evaluations.
Provide technical guidance and escalation support for complex issues.
Foster a collaborative customer focused team culture.
Ensure high-quality end user support across desktops mobile devices and enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network-related issues.
Enforce information security policies procedures and best practices.
Assist with audits risk assessments and implementation of security tools.
Coordinate IT projects such as system upgrades deployments and migrations.
Maintain accurate documentation of systems processes and configurations.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field required.
1 years supervisor/lead experience.
3 years of progressive experience in IT support or systems administration.
Strong understanding of networking operating systems (Windows/macOS) and enterprise tools (Active Directory Microsoft 365 etc.).
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.

Geographic Disclosure
Compensation Range: $40 - $48.08 per hour
