Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join an outpatient rehabilitation setting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on pelvic health. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently and managing a diverse outpatient caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide specialized care in pelvic health therapy
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Educate patients on exercises recovery and injury prevention
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (state-specific)
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient experience (within the last 3 years)
Pelvic health experience required with ability to work independently
