Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join an outpatient rehabilitation setting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on pelvic health. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently and managing a diverse outpatient caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide specialized care in pelvic health therapy
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients on exercises recovery and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (state-specific)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient experience (within the last 3 years)
- Pelvic health experience required with ability to work independently
