CNA Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities (bathing grooming dressing mobility meal support).

• Follow individualized care plans as directed by nursing supervisors.

• Document care and daily activities per facility guidelines.

• Communicate resident concerns or condition changes promptly.

• Support a safe clean and dignified environment for residents.

• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed.

• Uphold professionalism respect and confidentiality at all times.

• Participate in training and staff meetings to enhance skills.

• Promote independence dignity and quality of life for all residents.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Active CNA license in North Carolina.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and support resident mobility.

• Strong communication skills (read write and speak English).

• Previous experience with memory care residents preferred.
