The Team

OurDigital Platforms Practicehelps some of the largest global firms and most recognizable brands deliver value and business transformation enabled by digital ERP solutions and services. Our ERP services covering strategy implementation and innovation help clients deliver true value and achieve their transformation agenda.

We help globally renowned clients improve their operations by devising strategies and enabling Oracle Cloud capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making improve operational efficiencies and transform / reposition the role of Finance within the enterprise. Youll have exposure to strategic projects youll be part of a multi-cultural collaborative team and youll be able to see your own ideas transform into breakthrough results.

The Role

We are looking for Program Director to lead a large & complex multi pillar Oracle fusion cloud transformation program for a North America based customer with proven experience and capability with the below roles & responsibilities:
  • The role sits at the intersection of enterprise strategy executive leadership largescale change and platform modernization requiring deep credibility with CXO stakeholders
  • Accountable for orchestrating endtoend program governance delivery execution risk/issue control integrated plan & controls and value realization to ensure the customers Oracle fusion ERP transformation is delivered on time on budget and aligned to business outcomes.
  • Works closely with business lead process owners
  • Plays a major role in steering committee and quarterly audit reviews
  • Ensure integrated plan budget staffing and roadmap.
  • Stand up program controls (Risk Register change control reporting standards).
  • Map dependencies across tracks and milestone alignment
  • Align with Engagement Partner on the overall progress
  • Clearly articulates impact of risks on business operations
  • Drive execution discipline: status forecasts risk/issue monitor.
  • Run design authority cadence with solution/process/data/security leaders.
  • Ensure performance review against the SOWs and identify scope creep
  • Monitor Instance planning Testing Data solution readiness for testing phases resource availability
  • Lead readiness reviews cutover governance.
  • Coordinate communications and stakeholder alignment.
  • Confirm entry/exit criteria completions for go live
  • Govern triage SLAs backlog reduction trend to stability.
  • Close program financially and hand off to operational governance.
Requirements
The following requirements are important for the role and we would expect candidates to demonstrate capability across many of these areas:
  • Extensive Oracle programme and delivery management skills.
  • Experience in Retail & Manufacturing industry
  • Recognized as a peer and trusted advisor to CXOs rather than just being a delivery manager
  • Established knowledge & experience in Oracle ERP functional roles in a services firm or large enterprise.
  • Track-record of at least two successful end to end Oracle ERP Cloud implementations in the relevant business domain within enterprise-level organisations.
  • Recognised expertise in Oracle Applications able to demonstrate the ability to align the functional area with the business requirements to support the company vision.
  • Well established networks relationships and involvement in relevant activities industry conferences forums thought leadership articles etc.
  • Ability to work at a senior level within complex organisations able to build empathy credibility and trust with key customers.
  • Strong financial literacy including: Budget ownership and forecasting ROI and benefits realization OPEX vs CAPEX considerations
  • Comfortable owning endtoend outcomes including tough tradeoffs
  • Experience creating Lean outcomefocused governance models Clear decision rights across business and IT Effective escalation and resolution paths
  • Ability to operate and excel in a changing and dynamic environment.
  • Proven capability leading organizationwide change not just deployment. Strong understanding of Change impact at executive manager and employee levels Workforce readiness and skills transformation Leadership rolemodeling needs
  • Strong presentation skills experienced and comfortable presenting to large groups and delivering inspiring and engaging presentations.
  • Strong commercial acumen sales capability and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to Operate effectively during UAT cutover and stabilization Handle major risks without reactive behavior Maintain executive confidence during highstress phases
  • Collaborative team player with a willingness to lead by example and roll up their sleeves.
  • Inspiring leadership style with a proven ability to inspire direct and indirect internal teams as well as clients to push the boundaries of what they thought was possible.
  • Passionate about disruptive innovation and transformational ideas.
  • Mature interpersonal and influencing skills especially at senior client levels.
  • Ability to travel as/when required.
Estimated annual compensation range :- $210000-$256667
