Job Summary
The Annual Giving Program Manager provides the operational backbone for the Annual Giving department. This role is responsible for the seamless execution of multi-channel fundraising campaigns ranging from traditional direct mail and phonathons to digital renewal efforts. As a central project manager you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution ensuring all appeals are tracked data-driven and delivered on schedule.
This exempt position reports to the Director Annual Giving Programs and has a salary range of $57100 to $71350.
This position pays a competitive salary commensurate with experience and is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus when applicable. This position is based in historic Annapolis at our current offices in the Fluegel Alumni Center.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Operations & Execution
- Direct Mail & Email Coordination: Manage the end-to-end production of physical and digital appeals including list segmentation proofing and distribution.
- Phonathon & Digital Outreach: Assist in the administration of phonathon programs and multi-channel communication streams to drive donor participation.
- PC (Presidents Council/Leadership) Renewals: Coordinate specialized renewal efforts for mid-level and leadership annual donors to ensure high retention rates.
- Project Management & Vendor Relations
- Team Project Oversight: Serve as the primary project manager for the Annual Giving team maintaining a master calendar of all fundraising activities and deadlines.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external partners and mail houses for outsourced calling and mailing programs ensuring quality control and adherence to budget and timelines.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes to increase the efficiency of the fundraising cycle.
- Data Management & Performance Tracking
- CRM Proficiency: Utilize fundraising databases (CRM) and digital tools to manage donor records and execute complex data queries.
- Appeal Tracking: Maintain rigorous records of all appeals to ensure accurate attribution of gifts and donor engagement.
- Results Reporting: Monitor and track fundraising results providing the Director with regular updates on campaign progress and performance metrics.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree and 2 years of professional experience in fundraising marketing sales or client relations.Experience with CRM platforms-- Experience with Blackbaud CRM Concur and Questica platforms preferredExperience in project management and operationsStrong data management skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to handle donor data and communications in a secure and confidential manner.Comfort with the Microsoft Outlook Teams and Office suites of products.
