C&SCM Program Management SME (Federal Acquisition / Contracts & Supply Chain Management) Leads program governance oversees C&SCM procedural transformation manages schedule risk stakeholder alignment and ensures delivery of all contractual requirements. Purpose: Establish control cadence and delivery structure from day one
Foundation for Deliverables: Foundation for Deliverable #1 - Project Schedule; supports all others: A project schedule outlining the known tasks identified in the SOW with baseline Deliverables For Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS) Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) Comprehensive Procedural Support and due dates.
Core Functions:
- Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Deliverable governance & milestone tracking
- Risk/issue management; Stakeholder communication plan
- SRNS-directed prioritization
- Program & Project Management; Communication planning
- Change control for Nuclear And Environmental Management Energy Infrastructure And Environment Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) Procedural Support Establish a communication plan that outlines the frequency and methods of communication with stakeholders
- Conduct an in-depth review and analysis of the prime contract governing documents and applicable laws
- Develop and customize procurement and supply chain procedures
- Comprehensive Set of Procedures to support Contracts & Supply Chain Management
- Create and update supporting documents forms terms and conditions reflecting the newly developed procedures
- Acquisition Life Cycle Flow Charts
- Visually appealing flow chart demonstrating the acquisition life cycle
- Implement support through both virtual and in-person training sessions
- Establish mechanisms for continuous improvement by regularly collecting feedback and monitoring effectiveness
- Maintaining procedural form and terms and condition compliance resulting from changes to prime contract governing documents and applicable laws)
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - C&SCM Program Management SME (Federal Acquisition / Contracts & Supply Chain Management) Program Governance & Project Management (PMO) SRNS0009009
Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule; manage deliverables milestones risks issues and actions; coordinate SRNS stakeholder meetings; oversee hybrid delivery; manage priorities directed by SRNS; ensure deliverable quality version control and acceptance readiness.
