What Were Looking For
- IICRC WRT required (ASD/FSRT preferred)
- 2 years mitigation experience
- Experience running water/mold jobs independently
- Comfortable communicating with homeowners & adjusters
- Valid drivers license with clean record
- Ability to work on-call rotation
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with job documentation software
- Lead residential and commercial mitigation projects (water mold fire)
- Perform moisture mapping and determine dry-down strategy
- Document jobs accurately in RMS and provide 24-hour reports
- Communicate with adjusters and facilitate approvals
- Schedule vendors (plumbers roofers testing dumpsters)
- Maintain organized equipment and truck
- Mentor and lead technicians on job sites
- Participate in on-call rotation
