Role description & Role accountabilities:

Description:As a Senior Consultant Web App Engineer you will play a strategic senior role within the Global Excellence Center (GEC) supporting the design delivery and evolution of enterprise digital solutions and custom-built platforms that enable datadriven decisionmaking.

While the role is positioned within the data engineering discipline this position requires strong experience in architecting and delivering custom webbased applications integrating data pipelines APIs and cloud services into scalable usercentric digital platforms. You will be recognized as a senior professional who bridges data application development and business outcomes influencing solution direction and delivery standards across global teams.

Accountabilities:

Digital Solution & Platform Delivery

• Lead the delivery of custom-developed web applications and digital solutions that consume process and present data for business users.
• Own endtoend solution delivery spanning requirements discovery solution design development testing deployment and support.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet standards of performance scalability security and usability.
• Guide teams in building webbased data platforms dashboards internal tools and clientfacing portals.

Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Act as a technical authority across data engineering and custom web application architecture.
• Define and govern solution architectures combining data pipelines APIs backend services and modern web frontends.
• Drive adoption of cloudnative architectures microservices and integration frameworks.
• Champion best practices in application lifecycle management code quality and secure development.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to translate business needs into bespoke digital and webbased solutions.
• Provide technical leadership in solution discussions delivery planning and estimation.
• Build trusted relationships through clear communication and consistent delivery.
• Lead mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams including data engineers application developers and analysts.
• Identify capability gaps and drive upskilling in custom web development cloud platforms and modern engineering practices.
• Foster a collaborative highperforming and innovationfriendly team culture.
• Oversee planning scheduling resourcing and budget management across multiple initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to delivery governance safety standards and organizational policies.
• Proactively identify risks related to delivery performance or security and drive mitigation.
• Contribute to the evolution of digital and dataenabled offerings accelerators and solution frameworks.
• Promote innovative approaches that improve efficiency user experience and longterm sustainability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Computer Science or related field.
• 7 years of experience in data engineering digital solution delivery or custom application development.
• Proven experience leading custom-built web applications or internal digital platforms alongside data solutions.
• Experience working in multiproject consulting or global delivery environments.
• Strong experience integrating data pipelines with custom web applications.
• Working knowledge of modern web technologies such as:
  • Frontend frameworks (React Angular or similar)
  • Backend services / APIs (.NET )
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience with ArcGISMaps SDK for JavaScript
  • Microsoft Power Platform

Technical and Professional Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and application deployment.
• Understanding of data visualization analytics enablement and web based reporting platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem solving skills.
