Senior Application Lead Integrations hybrid Guararema

The Senior Application Lead Integrations role will support the Digital Core Program during the building collaborating and acting as end-to-end solution design authority ensuring that approved business requirements are translated into systems configuration enhancement and integration aligned with global template and SAP best practices and Standards.

This position requires a strong balance of process understanding Solution Design leadership technical integration knowledge cross-functional coordination and delivery accountability.

What are we looking for

• 10 years of comprehensive IT experience with at least 5 years specifically focused on integration architecture API management and middleware.

• Experience guiding development teams to maintain product and service design integrity ensuring compliance with global standards and mandated processes.

• Experience with tools such as SAP BTP Solace MuleSoft or similar.

• Strong understanding of how to map business processes to technology solutions.

• Ability to collaborate with Integration Development Enterprise Architecture Infrastructure application team and both technical and non-technical stakeholders to recommend solutions.

• Knowledge of SAP and non-SAP systems

What will be your key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Integration Hub on the design of complex scalable integration solutions ensuring they align with business needs and technical requirements.

• Change Management: Promote Fit to Standard and process harmonization

• Ensure MARS supportability requirements (Service introduction gates)

• Establish and enforce integration best practices including guidelines for API design error handling and transaction management.

• Manage relationships with external integration vendors ensuring that their solutions meet enterprise needs.
