Job Summary

Drive Wises regional marketing strategy and execution for LATAM (Brazil as primary focus). Identify key growth drivers priority segments and in-market opportunities to increase penetration customer acquisition and retention.

This role blends strategic ownership with hands-on execution. You will shape Wises positioning and growth strategy locally while working closely with centralized marketing teams who own channel execution across Performance Brand CRM SEO Content and Social.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the regional marketing strategy to drive sustainable growth grounded in clear segmentation positioning and use-case prioritization.

  • Identify priority audiences local insights regulatory considerations and differentiated messaging that resonate in Brazil.

  • Lead hands-on market research competitive analysis and customer insight development to inform strategic decisions.

  • Work alongside centralized marketing teams to influence messaging prioritization and investment decisions based on local market data.

  • Develop and execute net-new local initiatives not owned by central teams including partnerships sponsorships offline activations and promotions.

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with local partners agencies and external stakeholders.

  • Partner with Product PMM Compliance and PR teams to ensure local activations align with regulatory requirements and business priorities.

  • Analyze regional marketing performance and unit economics to optimize initiatives and resource allocation.

  • Be accountable for the P&L impact of local initiatives and ensure efficient deployment of budgets.
    Identify and test new growth opportunities that unlock incremental adoption in Brazil.

  • Report on regional performance challenges and opportunities to leadership.


Qualifications :

  • Significant experience in marketing growth or regional expansion roles within B2C environments; fintech or regulated industries preferred.

  • Strong ability to define market strategy through segmentation positioning and commercial insight.

  • Demonstrated experience operating in matrixed organizations influencing centralized teams while independently driving local execution.

  • Hands-on experience delivering in-market initiatives such as partnerships activations or campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of fintech unit economics including CAC retention activation and revenue drivers.

  • Ability to translate market data and performance analysis into strategic decisions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent command of written and verbal English and Portuguese; Spanish is a bonus.
