What Youll Be Doing:

• Meet with homeowners to assess comfort needs and provide customized HVAC system solutions
• Design and present system replacement options upgrades and indoor air quality (IAQ) products (air purifiers humidifiers dehumidifiers etc.)
• Educate customers on system performance efficiency and long-term value
• Build trust through exceptional customer service and professional communication
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals using company tools
• Close sales and guide customers through the installation process
• Collaborate with install and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain detailed records of appointments proposals and sales activity using mobile tools/software

Requirements:

• 12 years of HVAC in-home sales or related experience preferred
• Strong communication presentation and customer service skills
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to build rapport and close sales in a residential setting
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
