Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Ability to communicate effectively (Partner with General Manager to identify daily/weekly/monthly goals to assure business needs are met clear communication to all team members to assure tasks are completed in a timely effective manner)
• Responsible for all inventory metrics
• Responsible for executing merchandise planograms
• Coach manage and develop the customer service shipping inventory and repair teams.
• Work well with the management team and assist the other managers to quickly resolve customer related issues.
• Exhibit 2^nd Swings Core Values everyday including support to Sales & Fitting Teams
• Ability to delegate as well as work alongside team members
• Excellent attention to details and processes
• Willingness to do what it takes to meet deadlines and goals to assure success day in and day out.

You will be expected to work 40-45 hours a week in a varied schedule working daytime as well as evenings and weekends.

Compensation:

Starting pay range is $62000 - $92000 based on previous experience.

Required Experience:

Manager
